Saratoga Springs, NY Elegant Fall Wedding

Lindsay and Mike met at a charity event on October 28th, 2015 and got married on their 3 year anniversary on October 28, 2018. Last year in September, while they were traveling around Italy for the month, Mike proposed at their villa in Umbria after a day in wine country- sounds so very romantic and sweet. I first met Lindsay and Mike when I went to NYC to do their engagement session. Even though we had poor weather, we had a blast walking around Dumbo, Brooklyn and exploring their favorite spots.

On Sunday, October 28th, I flew in to Albany, New York (which is actually just an hour north from my hometown where I grew up and my family still lives) then went to meet Lindsay and Mike at their getting ready suites at the Pavilion Grand Hotel. Every detail of their wedding day reflected their story and love for each other. They said their vows at Saratoga Casino, The Lodge, surrounded by friends and family on a perfect Fall day. During the ceremony, Mike surprised Lindsay with a song he’d written for her. I am sure all the guests were mush on the inside like I was when Mike pulled out his guitar and sang to Lindsay, it was such a beautiful moment, everyone had their phones out recording it. Then after family portraits, the couple moved the celebration to a romantic and elegant setting at Canfield Casino. It was the funnest reception I’ve ever attended! The DJs were insanely amazing, everyone danced the night away with no one holding back! It was one of those receptions where I could not put my camera down, the wedding guests were so much fun to capture!
